Nature is the greatest teacher of ancient wisdom. Nature knows how life flows, ever changing and adapting within intricate webs and cycles of life, from the microscopic, to global and universal forces. Nature can teach us about flow and abundance, life, death and rebirth. It connects us to the earth and to spirit, bringing with it a deepening trust in an ever changing life.

Being with Nature

 Connecting to the wisdom of the natural world 

‘Being with Nature’ courses are designed for people who feel stuck, stressed or unfulfilled by their daily lives, as well as for those who want to expand their creative potential and deepen their trust in the flow of life.  Anxiety, insecurity, fear, grief, depression, lack of confidence, low self esteem, communication problems, relationship difficulties, transition into adolescence or menopause, anger and many other difficulties may be helped by ‘Being with Nature’.  The courses are practical, intensive and yet gentle, enabling you to connect with and heal through a personal experience with the healing energy of Nature.  This is an opportunity for personal growth; to transform negative thought forms and patterns of behaviour which no longer serve you; to discover a new sense of self, inner peace and freedom to move forward in your life.  You will be guided and supported by an experienced practitioner whilst working in a variety of locations in Norfolk, North Wales and the Lake District; from woodlands, fenland and beaches to mountains, lakes and valleys.
We learn from the teaching which nature provides, and heal through experiencing its beauty and power, but we need to make time to connect with this healing energy.  This may feel like a challenge when daily life is running at maximum capacity to fulfil work and financial commitments, to provide support and care for family, children and friends. 
 However, if we don’t take time for ourselves and continue to experience high levels of emotional or work stress then, our body will eventually breakdown, forcing us to rest, giving us time to look at ourselves and our lives, to learn and to heal, to make changes which allow us to regain our health and well being.  Often we find it difficult to learn from such experiences and so repeat our familiar patterns creating more illness and distress.  Why wait until we are sick or in emotional turmoil before we are able to make changes which enrich our lives.
 Taking the time to be with nature provides you with an opportunity to listen to your inner voice.  Your inner voice is your truth, your deepest beliefs, your passion, your creativity, your knowing, your vulnerability and your pain.  To acknowledge and connect with your inner truth allows you to learn who you really are; finding within you, renewed confidence, self worth, and an empowerment to express the joy of being you.
 ‘Being with Nature’ sessions are created to support and guide you through a deepening connection with Nature, and a deepening connection to your inner truth and wisdom so that your trust in life and the path you walk may be clear, vibrant and fulfilling.
